Responsibilities

• Manage the full loan process, including documentation, structuring agreements, and ensuring proper underwriting.
• Analyze financial information and make sound credit decisions within delegated authority.
• Recommend loans for approval beyond authority limits in accordance with guidelines.
• Monitor and manage loan portfolio performance, including covenants, exceptions, and past-due accounts.
• Resolve client concerns and provide ongoing service to support long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in business development activities and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with Association policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
