Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus eight+ years of banking or agricultural lending experience.
Understanding of lending regulations, credit operations and credit practices.
Strong interpersonal, public speaking and communication skills.
Travel is required for this role.

Responsibilities

Generate new business and develop a diverse loan portfolio through direct origination or participation.
Monitor business relationships and credit compliance of originated loans.
Evaluate client needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
Ensure proper loan underwriting and structuring per policies and approvals.
Make calls on key prospects to sell and service banking needs.
Manage portfolio and track exceptions and past-due statuses with underwriting.
Provide ongoing relationship servicing and resolve client issues.
Monitor results vs. objectives and suggest strategic adjustments.
