Qualifications

• Minimum five years of solid experience in new business development, deal structuring, underwriting and portfolio management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Outlook and Word; familiarity with bank software.
• Able to multitask, prioritize responsibilities and analyze data.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to identify high value relationships.
• Interview potential clients, determine loan requirements and promote Bank products.
• Manage credit portfolio and maintain close customer contact.
• Coordinate with other departments during blitz days and client meetings.
• Monitor credit quality and data integrity.
• Oversee loan applications from submission to closing and ensure timely delivery.
• Adhere to Bank credit policies and regulatory requirements.
