FFB Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager I-III to expand deposit, loan, and merchant relationships within designated markets. You will source new business, identify client needs, and structure tailored banking solutions to meet sales targets.

Based on experience, responsibilities include prospecting, managing high-value portfolios, and mentoring junior team members. The role includes performance incentives and active community engagement.

Formación

• Candidates should have banking/financial services experience.
• Ability to cross-sell and manage client relationships across a portfolio.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret financial information for underwriting and pricing.
