Qualifications

• Cash-handling experience.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Open deposit accounts and complete processing of regular transactions.
• Educate customers about the bank's sales and service options and refer appropriate products.
• Refer customers to the appropriate source or channel to address needs.
• Meet and exceed partner referrals and sales production goals.
• Greet bank visitors, provide information, and direct them to staff.
• Comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
