Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of lending, business development, relationship management, or comparable banking experience.
• Working knowledge of lending principles, credit analysis, loan documentation, banking products, and applicable regulations.
• Ability to develop business and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop new loan and deposit relationships through proactive calling, networking, and referrals.
• Deepen existing relationships by understanding customers' business and banking needs and offering appropriate Bank products.
• Maintain and actively manage a loan and deposit pipeline and track growth.
• Interview borrowers, analyze financial information, assess creditworthiness, and determine risk.
