Commercial Bank of California (CBC) seeks a Relationship Manager to propel our mission of empowering entrepreneurs and business owners. You will originate and service a diverse portfolio of commercial and consumer credit solutions while cultivating long-term, values-based relationships with clients.

You will engage with clients to understand financial goals, provide tailored guidance, and deepen relationships through deposits, lending, and treasury services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 5–10 years community banking experience is highly preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Knowledge of business lending and inventory financing.
• Understanding of credit structures.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new relationships for deposit and loan opportunities.
• Cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.
• Review appraisal, environmental, and title reports to support credit requests.
• Refer loan opportunities to lending personnel.
• Participate in Bank's Business Development Program.
• Enhance the Bank's image within the business community.
• Work with staff to structure, analyze, and approve commercial loans.
• Coordinate with team to manage shared account relationships.
• Manage production goals and monitor income and expenses.
• Make decisions on deposits and lending operations.
