Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, events, and industry engagement.
• Build a strong pipeline and move opportunities through the sales cycle to use Simple Title services.
• Develop relationships with agents, lenders, developers, and builders.
• Represent Simple Title at local real estate events and association meetings.
• Collaborate with closing, title, and processing teams to ensure seamless service.
• Provide field feedback to support improvement and client satisfaction.
