Simple Title Closing & Escrow is expanding in New Hampshire. We seek a RelationshipManager and Closing Agent who thrives on prospecting, winning new business, and building lasting client partnerships among real estate agents, lenders, developers, and builders.

You will develop a strong pipeline, manage opportunities through the sale cycle, and work with our closing, title, and processing teams to deliver outstanding service and grow our revenue in the Granite State.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales success.
• Ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel locally throughout New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, events, and industry engagement.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and advance opportunities through the sales cycle using Simple Title services.
• Develop lasting relationships with agents, lenders, and other referral partners.
• Represent Simple Title at local real estate events and meetings across New Hampshire.
• Collaborate with closing, title, and processing teams to ensure seamless service and maximize client satisfaction.
