You will collaborate with sales agents, clients, attorneys, lenders, title professionals, builders, developers, and internal teams to manage deadlines, documentation, financial coordination, compliance, reporting, and communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in real estate transaction management, closing coordination, title, or related field.
• Supervisory experience preferred for leading closing staff.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data.

Responsibilities

• Manage developer and resale transactions from contract to closing and post-closing.
• Oversee active transaction pipeline, deadlines, contingencies, deposits, and financing requirements.
• Review contracts, disclosures, settlement statements, deeds, affidavits for accuracy and signatures.
• Coordinate closing activities among buyers, agents, attorneys, lenders, title professionals, builders, and leadership.
• Serve as primary contact for closing matters and escalate issues affecting compliance or client experience.
• Maintain transaction files and ensure records are audit-ready and properly retained.
