Simple Title Closing & Escrow in Maine is seeking a Relationship Manager and Closing Agent to grow our southern Maine market by expanding our client base of real estate agents, loan officers, developers, and builders.

The role emphasizes field engagement, prospecting, and closing deals, with a base salary range of $50,000–$70,000 plus commission, and opportunities to strengthen our brand and revenue growth.

As we continue to grow into the southern Maine market, we’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven RelationshipManager and Closing Agent who thrives on prospecting and winning new business. In this sales role, you’ll focus on expanding our client base of real estate agents, loan officers, developers, and builders — becoming a key driver of our market presence and revenue growth.

What You'll Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, events, and industry engagement.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and consistently move opportunities through the sales cycle to using Simple Title for their title services.

Build & Strengthen Relationships

• Develop lasting relationships with agents, lenders, and other referral partners.
• Serve as a trusted resource by understanding their needs and demonstrating the value of our services.
• Represent Simple Title at local board of realtors events, association meetings, broker opens, and industry functions across southern Maine.
• Work closely with our closing, title, and processing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize client satisfaction.
• Provide feedback from the field to support continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Drive Revenue Growth

• Meet and exceed sales goals through persistent, documented outreach and follow-up.
• Play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our brand in the southern Maine market.

• Experience in the title or real estate industry (strongly preferred)

Compensation:

Base salary range: $50,000 – $70,000 per year, plus commission. This is the range Simple Title reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of posting; actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and market factors.
