About the Relationship Manager Role:
Located in the US, we're seeking an energetic and results-orientated individual to generate value across our client portfolio. You will own a portfolio of accounts with full responsibility for their P&L and relationships.

This role requires keen insights into customer needs, as well as exceptional coordination with internal teams, to identify new growth opportunities and deliver value within C2FO's dynamic business model.

You'll be a part of a high-achieving team composed of former business consultants (Bain, Strategy&) and bankers (Citi, Santander), where you will hone your analytical, persuasion, sales and people skills. For those who excel in the role we offer a path to more senior positions such as Key Account Director or roles in other parts of the organization (former team members have moved into senior Product, Growth, Technology and Sales roles).

The role offers a competitive compensation package (commensurate with education and experience), equity ownership, health benefits, and more.

  • P&L ownership: Take full ownership for driving revenue for a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships and ensure customers are strong promoters of C2FO. Expanding stakeholder networks where required.
  • Customer Insights: Identify new approaches to generate value for and from our client accounts. Proactively share insights with Product and other relevant teams, and work with them to shape future strategy.
  • Business Development: Uncover and prioritize opportunities for incremental revenue with the help of internal teams, then work to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work in tandem with internal departments including Product, Enterprise and Inside Sales, Market Operations, Data Analytics and Marketing, to ensure that customer expectations are not just met but exceeded.
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
  • Enthusiastic and quick to learn: The curiosity to understand how the business works and the ability to quickly learn new skills and ways of working.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with demonstrable experience presenting ideas in PowerPoint.
  • Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Analytics: Ability to scope and conduct data analysis in Excel to identify opportunities and build business cases for our customers.
  • Finance: Understanding of key finance concepts and the ability to interpret financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet).
  • Initiative: Ability to independently identify and solve complex issues innovatively (or seek guidance where required).
  • Multi-tasking: Proficient in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in consulting, business development, banking or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Excel driving analytical insights
  • 5+ years’ experience presenting key findings to move senior client stakeholders to action.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with supply chain finance and similar financial products.
  • Background in finance, management consulting, or ITeS.
  • Experience with SaaS-based businesses
