Job Summary
The Relationship Manager, part of the Community Engagement & Outreach Team (CEOT), is responsible for business development and relationship management. This involves proactive outreach to current, prior, and potential patients, caregivers, members of CFCN/CF/OJOH, and others to develop, deepen, and maintain relationships, as well as prospective patient referral sources. The role also includes developing and maintaining new B2B and B2C contacts and centers of influence through face-to-face interactions, events, and employer-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses excellent knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Intake functions, capable of managing end-to-end processes such as Advocate, Facilitator, Relationship Manager, NPES, and TTT.
The candidate should be a seasoned, strategically minded relationship manager with skills in planning, sales, organization, presentation, customer service, public speaking, and deep relational abilities.
The primary measure of success for this role is the growth in new patient acquisition.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
7-10 years of extensive relationship management and sales experience recommended.
Highly self-motivated with a demonstrated history of high performance.
Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
Research and analytical skills.
