Job Summary

Manage and grow a portfolio of high net worth clients, trusts, investment holding companies, and businesses, servicing their banking, lending, and foreign exchange requirements. Provide specialist advice and support in the development of tactical strategies and plans.

Job Description
  1. Business Performance: Devise short-term tactical plans to meet annual budget and targets within a 6 to 12-month timeframe. Identify, develop, and source new High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth relationships through personal and client referrals, internal networks, and fostering greater collaboration within the group and WIMI business unit. Achieve personal targets for new and existing clients for Transactional Banking, Credit, FX. Contribute to referring relevant business to other parts of Wealth Advisory, Offshore, and the broader Absa Group Limited (SA and Mauritius).
  2. Client Service - Manage and grow existing client relationships through quarterly meetings and ongoing engagement.
  3. Governance and Control: Ensure conformity with global and market standards of client service, regulatory compliance, KYC, product delivery, and operating procedures according to the Front Office manual.
  4. Query Resolution and Complaints: Handle query resolution related to client portfolios and serve as the escalation point for serious client complaints.
  5. Operational Support: Provide accurate and timely preparation of file notes, client letters, and other documentation for all client meetings and follow-up as required. Act as the focal point for clients dealing with day-to-day administration across services and products.
Education

Bachelor's Degree and Professional Qualifications in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required).
