Description

Trintech is seeking an experienced, executive-customer-focused individual to join our team as a Strategic Accounts Relationship Manager within the Customer Success Organization. The primary goal for this role is to forge executive-level relationships within a defined customer base to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. As a key member of the Strategic Accounts Solutions Team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our strategic customers, maximizing the value of our software, services, and partner network. This customer-facing role will focus on enhancing the overall customer experience and building strong internal relationships within Trintech’s teams and with senior leaders.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customer executives, including CFO, CTO/CIO, and COO, acting as a thought partner on financial transformation and product strategy.
  • Develop and execute strategies to deliver a valuable customer experience, ensuring long-term influence, differentiation, and growth in revenue and retention.
  • Leverage industry expertise and business acumen to drive successful customer outcomes and position Trintech as a leader in Financial Corporate Performance (FCPM) software.
  • Manage a portfolio of 20-25 enterprise customers, primarily Frontier.
Requirements
  • Senior-level experience in customer success, especially with Fortune 100 clients.
  • Ability to define, monitor, and communicate success metrics and insights.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with leadership at all levels.
  • Excellent deductive reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with financial technologies and tools.
  • Ability to quickly understand and explain complex technological and business concepts.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of consulting experience with a focus on customer relationships and outcomes.
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS solutions and deployment.
  • Proven track record in managing customer relationships and process improvements.
  • Strong project management and influencing skills.
  • Experience handling high-impact escalations effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and regions.
  • Business judgment and influence skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com.
