Job description

Join to apply for the Relationship Manager role at Dynasty Financial Partners.

Dynasty Financial Partners is seeking an individual to join the firm as a Relationship Manager on the Relationship Management Team. The role is crucial as you will be the primary contact between our client firms and Dynasty, managing projects and serving as a strategic advisor to the leadership of the Network firm. The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, at a client firm’s location, focusing solely on this relationship.

Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Ensure prompt responses to client inquiries, problem solve creatively, and act as an outsourced COO to allow principals to focus on growth.
  • Strategic Coaching: Collaborate with firm principals to design and implement business plans, evaluate internal teams, and provide ongoing feedback on business models and client development.
  • Project Management: Coordinate multiple parties towards clear goals, gather and communicate information effectively.
  • Transition Specialist: Handle transitions of wealth management firms onto new technology platforms or advisor team transfers.
  • Communication: Report progress and issues to senior leadership from Dynasty’s headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida.
  • Work Travel: Travel most weeks for face-to-face meetings, with some travel back to Dynasty HQ, based on client location.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategic consulting, especially around M&A and corporate strategy.
  • Understanding of financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to handle complex information.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Self-starter with initiative.
  • Good presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience in wealth management, practice management, or management consulting.
  • Interest in team-oriented work and willingness to travel.
