Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through channels such as fieldwork, networking, and referrals.
- Attend events and exhibitions to expand the client base.
- Sales and Client Acquisition:
- Meet potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Promote and sell life, health, or general insurance products to individual and corporate clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Handle client queries and provide timely assistance.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products and financial planning concepts (training provided).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
