Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in member service or financial services.
• Experience with lending, mortgage, IRA, and/or home equity products is preferred.
• NMLS registration required within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow member relationships through strategic outbound engagement.
• Lead meaningful financial conversations to understand member goals.
• Identify and originate home equity lending opportunities.
