Job summary

North American Savings Bank (NASB) seeks a Universal Banker III at the North Oak Savings team to deliver retail banking services and grow customer relationships. This role serves as the primary growth banker, wiring referrals and cultivating new business while ensuring accurate transaction processing and compliance with bank policies.

The UB III will open and service deposit accounts, assist with IRA and loan payments, and conduct proactive outreach to deepen relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail banking, sales, or financial services experience.
• Advanced knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Proven ability to identify customer needs and provide consultative recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with everyday banking needs including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account questions.
• Balance cash, process transactions, and complete operational tasks accurately.
• Open and service deposit accounts.
• Generate referrals for mortgage, consumer lending, and other bank products and services.
• Support branch leadership in achieving branch goals and sales initiatives.
