The Universal Banker role offers progression from I to III, with opportunities to lead, mentor teammates, and manage branch operations as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in cash‑handling, retail, or hospitality.
• 1+ year in banking.
• 2+ years in customer service/cash‑handling; degree in related field can replace experience.
• 3+ years of banking experience; leadership and mentoring preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, handle transactions, and make their day better.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, account management, and loan payments.
• Build real relationships and help customers plan, save, and succeed financially.
