The role balances independent work with collaboration across partners to serve CEO/CFO level clients, expand the client base, and deepen relationships in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years lending or credit support experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Proven ability to engage with CEOs and CFOs and manage client relationships.
• Collaborate effectively with internal partners and resources.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales goals; top performer.
• Excellent organization and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with senior partners.
• Deep local connections and market knowledge.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and formal credit training.
