You will advise customers on digital banking, maintain accurate records, and help deepen relationships through cross-selling while adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Korean language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments) accurately.
• Assist with account openings, updates, closures and related compliance.
• Cross-sell and upsell banking products to deepen relationships.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Provide information on digital banking options and self-service tools.
• Collaborate with team and support branch goals.
• Support training and onboarding of new staff.
