Civista Bank is seeking a Personal Banker II to build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service. The role includes opening new accounts, processing transactions, handling loan applications, and identifying opportunities to expand banking relationships.

The PB II will adhere to bank policies, stay current on products and services, and guide customers in using mobile and online banking tools while delivering accurate information and prompt support.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of teller experience
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to work under deadlines with frequent interruptions
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Willingness to adapt to new software technologies and banking tools
• Ability to work under deadlines with frequent interruptions

Responsabilidades

• Daily engagement of customers to build relationships and handle teller tasks
• Adhere to regulations and bank policies to ensure safety and soundness
• Open new consumer deposit and lending accounts and perform maintenance
• Meet cross-sell goals and explain products to customers
• Understand consumer lending and accounts throughout the customer relationship
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and systems
• Maintain cash levels and outages within guidelines
• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues about banking technology
