You’ll develop product knowledge, open new accounts, and help clients use technology like mobile banking and online services while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of teller experience required.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work under deadlines with frequent interruptions.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Above average knowledge of technology and willingness to adapt to new software technologies.
• Ability to work under deadlines with frequent interruption.

Responsibilities

• Daily engagement of customers to build relationships through transactions, assessing needs and cross-selling.
• Develop knowledge of products and services to fulfill customer needs; open new accounts and perform maintenance.
• Grow through daily personal learning and adaptation to new procedures and systems.
• Ensure operational tasks are followed and completed daily.
• Execute customer requests with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain cash levels and outages within established guidelines.
• Maintain constant, consistent communication internally and externally.
• Adhere to regulations and policies to ensure safety and soundness of customers and the bank.
• Encourage use of technology in everyday banking interactions, including teaching customers how to use mobile banking, P2P, and online banking.
