Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of banking experience required, preferably in a universal banker, personal banker, or comparable retail banking role.
• Proven experience in relationship-driven sales with ability to identify opportunities, meet targets, and cross-sell banking products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and build trust.
• Knowledge of consumer lending processes and ability to guide clients through loan applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales discovery and client relationship management efforts by conducting financial needs assessments and recommending tailored banking products and solutions.
• Build and manage client relationships while generating business through outbound outreach, in-branch engagement, and ongoing service support.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services, identifying referral opportunities and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Open and service accounts, issue ATM cards, and originate/close consumer loans while addressing client inquiries.
