The ideal candidate is customer-focused with a proven track record of building relationships and driving sales through cross-selling deposits, loans, and investment products while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of banking experience preferred in a universal banker or personal banker role.
• Proven relationship-driven sales experience with targets and cross-selling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and build trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales discovery and client relationship management through needs assessments and tailored banking solutions.
• Build and manage client relationships with outbound outreach and in-branch engagement.
• Promote bank products and services and identify cross-sell opportunities, including lending.
• Open/serve accounts, issue ATM cards, and originate/close consumer loans while assisting clients.
