Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Completion of internal teller and product training within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Provide teller services including deposits, withdrawals, and cashing checks.
• Process new accounts and cross-sell other products.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of customer information.
• Refer complex items to supervisors and assist with training.
