Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of banking experience.
• Proven experience in relationship-driven sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of consumer lending processes.
• Broad understanding of banking products.
• Negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience in Teller operations and new account servicing preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in basic math and computer applications.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales discovery and client relationship management through needs assessments and tailored banking solutions.
• Build and manage client relationships with outbound outreach, sales calls, in-branch engagement, and service support.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services and identify referral opportunities.
• Open and service accounts, issue ATM cards, and originate/close consumer loans.
• Deliver sales-focused banking solutions that drive branch performance with exceptional service.
• Identify business opportunities to support revenue growth and manage risk.
• Resolve client concerns through direct resolution or escalation.
• Process Teller transactions within authorized limits and handle daily branch duties.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and safeguard client information.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to track performance goals.
