Job summary

MidFirst Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to generate business and deepen customer relationships by promoting banking products and services. You will greet customers, deliver exceptional service, and support staff while achieving sales goals.

You will open deposit accounts, process loan applications, and handle transactions accurately in a fast-paced environment. Notary status or willingness to become one is required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales in an incentive‑driven or relational setting.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience in retail.
• Able to generate referrals and visit local businesses.
• Collaborative team player with customers.
• Must hold a Notary or be willing to obtain one at the bank's expense.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
• Friendly, outgoing, assertive and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
