Job summary

Madison County Bank in Norfolk is looking for a motivated Loan Officer to build and maintain customer relationships. You will evaluate loan requests and manage loans while offering exceptional service. Qualifications

• Previous lending, banking, finance, or sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of credit analysis and underwriting principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships within the community.
• Interview applicants and evaluate financial information to determine lending needs.
• Originate, process, and manage loans in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate customers on loan products and financial solutions.
• Collaborate with other bank team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Participate in business development and community involvement activities.
