You will maintain relationships with existing customers, quote and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance, and identify opportunities to broaden protection. Strong focus on life insurance and customer retention, with clear performance goals and earning potential through commissions.

Qualifications

• Previous insurance sales experience.
• Active Texas Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Experience quoting and selling personal lines insurance.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
• Confidence discussing life insurance and asking for the sale.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales goals.
• Dependable, motivated, coachable, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Coverage Reviews: Identify gaps and recommend appropriate protection.
• Insurance Sales: Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance.
• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to bundle policies and expand customer protection.
• Life Insurance: Proactively discuss life coverage and close sales.
• Customer Retention: Help customers understand their coverage and maintain long-term relationships.
• Follow-Up: Contact customers regarding policy reviews, renewals, and sales opportunities.
• Accountability: Maintain accurate records and meet established service and sales goals.
