Qualifications

• At least 1 year of P&C insurance experience.
• Active P&C insurance license.
• Working knowledge of P&C insurance products and coverage.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of assigned accounts.

Responsabilités

• Manage an assigned portfolio of Property & Casualty accounts with focus on client retention and long-term relationship development.
• Build trusted relationships by understanding clients' businesses, exposures, insurance needs, and objectives.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the policy year.
• Identify accounts at risk and address concerns to strengthen relationships.
• Conduct account reviews to identify changing exposures and opportunities for value.
• Deliver responsive, knowledgeable, solutions-oriented service.
• Own the renewal process from preparation through completion.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with producers to offer appropriate coverage solutions.
• Provide timely policy documents and renewal information to clients.
