Job summary

Central Bank in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer to build and manage a portfolio of business lending relationships, including commercial, real estate, and construction loans. You will analyze financial statements, structure loan requests, and present recommendations to clients to support local business growth.

You’ll work closely with clients and internal partners to resolve credit issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of commercial loan relationships across business, real estate, and construction lending.
• Develop new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Meet with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend lending solutions.
• Analyze financial statements, credit information, and collateral to evaluate loan opportunities.
• Structure and present loan requests with clear recommendations and supporting analysis.
• Monitor existing loans to ensure compliance and credit quality.
• Identify potential credit concerns and collaborate with leadership on solutions.
• Deliver responsive, high-quality service to clients and internal partners.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by cross-selling treasury, deposits, and other services.
• Support deposit growth by developing operating account relationships with commercial clients.
• Comply with banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act and information security standards.
