Job summary

Central Bank in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer to build and manage a portfolio of business lending relationships, including commercial, real estate, and construction loans. You will analyze financial statements, structure loan requests, and present recommendations to clients to support local business growth.

You’ll work closely with clients and internal partners to resolve credit issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships

POSITION SUMMARY

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build and manage a portfolio of commercial loan relationships, including business, real estate, and construction lending
• Develop new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement
• Meet with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend lending and banking solutions
• Analyze financial statements, credit information, and collateral to evaluate loan opportunities
• Structure and present loan requests with clear recommendations and supporting analysis
• Monitor existing loans to ensure compliance, strong credit quality, and client satisfaction
• Identify potential credit concerns and collaborate with leadership to develop solutions
• Deliver responsive, high-quality service to clients and internal partners
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by making referrals to other lines of business, including treasury management, deposit products, and other bank services
• Actively support deposit growth by developing and maintaining strong operating account relationships with commercial clients
• Comply with all applicable banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act requirements and information security standards

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but may mentor junior team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Working knowledge of commercial lending systems and processes preferred.
