• Deep appreciation for community banking and local market engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow a diverse commercial loan portfolio with a strong focus on relationship banking.
• Proactively source new business through referrals, networking, and deep community engagement.
• Structure and negotiate commercial loans including C&I, owner-occupied real estate, and investment real estate.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and collateral to assess credit risk and opportunity.
• Prepare and present clear, compelling credit packages for approval.
• Partner closely with credit, operations, and leadership to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insight beyond the transaction.
