RockBridge Search & Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Lender in Southeast Idaho to build and manage a portfolio of lending relationships with local businesses. You will analyze financials, structure loans, and collaborate with credit and treasury teams to deliver tailored banking solutions.

The role emphasizes relationship-first service, community involvement, and career growth within a supportive bank culture. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in lending are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial lending or commercial banking experience.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of commercial credit analysis, underwriting, and loan structuring.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and assess business performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lending relationships.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and strategic business development.
• Meet with business owners to understand their financial goals and recommend lending and treasury solutions.
• Structure, negotiate, and close commercial loans while maintaining sound credit quality.
• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, and collateral to evaluate creditworthiness.
• Prepare comprehensive credit presentations and loan recommendations.
• Monitor existing relationships through annual reviews, covenant compliance, and portfolio management.
• Partner with credit, treasury management, and retail banking teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships with additional banking products and services.
• Represent the bank professionally at community events, business organizations, and networking functions.

What You'll Do
