Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 4+ years in commercial/business lending, credit or development.
• HS Diploma/GED plus 8+ years in relevant lending or development roles.
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships and strong financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow bank relationships through loans, deposits and fee income.
• Develop and execute a local outreach plan with business owners.
• Represent bank at community events and network to generate referrals.
