You will generate new business by leveraging your network, coordinating with partners across the bank, and guiding clients through credit and cash management strategies to deepen overall relationships.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years' experience in commercial or business lending, credit, or business development OR High School Diploma/GED with 6 years' experience
• Experience applying structured sales processes to develop lending opportunities
• Ability to analyze financial statements and provide guidance to clients

Responsabilidades

• Develop and expand relationships with local business owners to grow loans, deposits, and fee income
• Engage with community through civic events and networking to generate new opportunities
• Collaborate with bank partners to deliver full client relationships across lending, deposits and cash management
• Support efficient loan approval processes with clear communication to credit partners
• Build a network of centers of influence to sustain business development
