Citizens Community Federal N.A seeks a Universal Banker to deliver exceptional customer service and accurate financial transactions at our Kentucky locations. You will open and close customer accounts, handle deposits, and support branch operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• Three years of directly related full-time experience may substitute for the degree.
• Two years of experience in the financial services industry performing teller duties.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across branch operations including teller, new accounts, vault, and lending.
• Assist customers in selecting accounts and financial services; present cross-sell opportunities.
• Process deposits accurately per banking policies.
• Open/close deposits and manage funds availability and receipts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
