Job summary

U.S. Bank in Kentucky is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trusted relationships with customers by meeting face to face, assessing banking needs, and guiding clients to deposit and loan solutions.

You will originate and close consumer loans, open and close accounts, and support branch operations. You’ll balance cash, educate customers on digital tools, handle transactions, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than four years retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Strong client focus and willingness to learn new technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close consumer loans.
• Open and close customer accounts.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
• Recommend financial solutions based on each customer's goals and needs.
