Qualifications

• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the client experience by managing client flow in-person and by phone.
• Delivers accurate, everyday banking transactions and educates clients on products and digital capabilities.
• References clients to appropriate partners to help achieve financial goals.
• Ensures compliance with risk and regulatory standards in all interactions.
