Job summary

• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the hospitality ambassador, guiding client flow and delivering high-touch service.
• Processes everyday banking transactions accurately and proactively identifies client needs.
• Educates clients on products and digital channels and refers to specialists when needed.
• Maintains knowledge of basic banking products to evaluate solutions.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within financial limits.
• Ensures compliance with AML and regulatory requirements in daily activities.
