Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and use digital tools to meet clients' needs. You will greet clients, open accounts, and guide them through Chase Mobile App and online banking to help them achieve their financial goals.

You will build trusted relationships, learn products quickly, and work with branch teammates to provide seamless service while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to rapidly learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while adhering to policy and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with team support.
