Responsibilities

• Educate clients on banking transactions and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and leveraging team support to meet client financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling in line with bank policies.
