Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients as they enter the branch.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance; open new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and vault/ATM duties in accordance with policy.
