Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients entering the branch and guiding them using available tools.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance including opening new accounts, complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build relationships through active listening, empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
