Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by account servicing, maintenance and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
