Job summary

You will greet clients, open accounts, guide them through mobile and online banking, and collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience in a busy branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow and meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch team members to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and vault/ATM duties in adherence with policies.
