Job summary

Renasant Bank is seeking a Personal Banker in Georgia to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while proactively developing relationships and meeting financial needs. You will serve as a trusted financial advisor, handling deposits, loans, and banking products with accuracy and service focus.

You will execute service standards, work with branch leadership, and partner with teammates to achieve sales and operational goals, all while staying compliant with bank policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college education preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year related customer experience and sales experience required.
• Strong dedication and motivation to achieving sales, service, and operational results.
• Ability to produce individual and team sales and customer experience results.
• Comfortable using technology to process transactions and navigate banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve consistent personal sales and service performance by developing relationships.
• Create daily plans to deepen customer relationships and service execution.
• Partner with Branch Manager to meet service, sales, and operational goals.
• Model Renasant service standards in all customer interactions.
• Resolve customer issues by owning the problem and liaising with the bank.
• Identify additional needs and make appropriate recommendations.
• Maintain partnerships with other lines of business to drive relationships.
• Assist as back-up Teller or Head Teller when needed.
• Ensure proper documentation for all solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on regulations and branch procedures.
