Qualifications

• Ability to travel for training and between branches as needed.
• Strong dedication to achieving sales, service, and operational results.
• Proficient in bank products and solutions, including IRA and complex business accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive a best-in-class branch experience across service, sales, and operations.
• Develop relationships to deepen customer engagements and meet goals.
• Partner with Branch Manager to achieve service, sales, and operational targets.
• Resolve customer issues by acting as liaison between customer and bank.
• Identify additional needs and recommend appropriate products.
